Our experience bringing forward abuse and clergy misconduct claims

For the past couple of years, two of our members have been working with the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis to address an incident of abuse. In this case, a clergy abuse victim went to her pastor and shared with him that she had been abused as a child by a parish volunteer. The pastor did nothing, and the volunteer continued to work with children until she posted about her abuse on social media. She later decided to go to the Archdiocese.
